Prerequisites:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load  any add-on details page that takes contribution ( https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/?src=search )
2. Click “Contribute” button
3. Choose your value for contribution
4. Click “Make a contribution” button

Expected result:
A popup window with PayPal “Log in/Sign up” details appears. The windows has no display errors.

Actual result:
Connection untrusted page is displayed and it is not scrollable, so we can't add an exception and we are not able to make contributions

Notes/Issues:
After adding the exception directly from sandbox.paypal.com , everything works as expected.
Not reproducible on -dev
