Details

When you delete an isntance, its EBS volume tends to live on (the way we configure out instances). When you delete an AMI, its snapshot lives on. So we have a number of these hanging around doing nothing but costing money. We should probably clean those up automatically: say, unused, older than N days, and not having tag "moz-keep"?
