Doesn't seem to be any consistency - I've read the bugs on number of windows
open but this can happen with just one. It most often happens when opening a new
window but not always. It will happen 3-4 times in a 2 hour session. Will often
happing when grabbing the scroll bar at the side of a page

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse at least one Window through multiple sites
2.Move between open windows and try to move scroll bar at side of page
3.

Actual Results:  PC will freeze completely - no response to KB or Mouse input or
three fingered salute. Only solution is the reset button.

Expected Results:  Kept working !!

I've tried disabling the likely culprits from start-up - particularly Black Ice,
Eudora, Norton Anti Virus and the MS Office start-up without any success. 
The PC is a PIII-833 with 256 Mb RAM, a UDMA5 40Gb HDD, a DMA4 30 Gb HDD, SCSI
CD-RW and Travan Tape drive, SonicFury Sound Card, Rage Fury Maxx Video with
64Mb, Logitech Cordless Mouse / KB.
The KB, Mouse and UDMA5 HDD are all new additions but the problem existed before
they were added.

Is this with NS6.2 or Mozilla ?

Not enough information to fix/duplicate this.  Marking invalid.  Please re-open
if you can come up with reproducible steps or gather more info.
