Details

I was reading news and read an article which had a link to a pdf document. I clicked the link and Mozilla opened a PDF Reader plug-in into Message window. Finished reading, clicked to some other news article in threaded list, and after that all the messages where wrongly decoded. All the skands (ä,ö,å) were missing and showed as binary scramble, so there was like the basic ASCII in use, which doesn't understand skands. View->Character coding menu said there was Western ISO-8859-1 in use. All messages were decoded OK if you manually set each messages character set to e.g. UTF-8. News message in question is (if you can enter it, I don't know, in Finnish): news://nntp.hut.fi:119/9ue6cb$atf$1@news.koti.tpo.fi
