This is a follow up bug to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1120624

In that bug, the issue fixed was the group didn't expand when a Smart Collection was added. The additional issue found is that if the SC is off screen, the screen is not scrolled to show the newly added SC.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
