I created a machine user https://github.com/moz-dashboard-deploy. To add a repo to auto-deploy to metrics.services.mozilla.com, add this user as a collaborator for that repo. I've already added the user to the set of dashboards we currently host. There's an hourly cron job to deploy new repos, update existing ones, and update the data from S3 for each repo (detailed in other bugs).
