These are in AppConstants (both .jsm and .java), so should be trivial for someone who knows where to go.

Dunno if Socorro needs to be updated to match.

I have no idea what the Patch does, sorry. If it adds separate annotations, then someone like bsmedberg can easily add it to exposed fields and search.
If this adds stuff to App Notes, I'd advise you to not do that, search is bad for those, please add separate annotations instead.

The other stuff we're sending here shows up in the "metadata" tab. Will these new things show up there automagically as well? I am not really sure how much we care about search for this stuff, but it would be nice of coruse.
