1132324 - [Stingray][System] Re-launch application correctly for presentation API

Description

[KM Lee [:rexboy] (inactivate after Sep. 22)]

Suppose we have sender device(SD) and receiver device(RD).

STR:
1. Create connection from fling-sender of SD to open fling-player on RD.
2. disconnect from SD
3. re-open connection from SD

Expected:
fling-player on RD is destroyed and created again with different process ID.

Actual:
fling-player on RD is just opened againg with the same process ID.

BTW,

the other parts look good to me. I feel that the combination of this patch and the patch you gave to S.C. is the correct one to fix this issue.
