User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/38.0.2125.111 Chrome/38.0.2125.111 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Click Edit (in the most upper toolbar) Click Account Settings Click Account Actions Click Add Mail Account Add Your Name, Email address and Password Click Continue Click Manual Config Select Incoming: IMAP Enter Server hostname: outlook.office365.com Select Port: 993 Select SSL: SSL/TLS Select Authentication: Normal password Outgoing: SMTP Select Server hostname: smtp.office365.com Select Port: 587 Select SSL: STARTTLS Select Authentication: Normal password Enter username for incoming and outgoing (in my case: lorenzo.braun@com1.nl on both fields) Click Done Actual results: When I click on Done. Thunderbird will now check if your password is correct. The password is correct and Thunderbird will say: password ok. The window will stay opened and nothing happens. Also the Done button will gray out and isn't clickable anymore. Expected results: I should be able to click the Done button and after checking the password (if it is correct) the window should close automatically and the account should be added to Thunderbird. Some extra information: When logged on as a 'user' this issue will occur. When logged on as admin this issue will not occur. However; this exact same configuration is running on four other physical machines and on all these machines this DOES work.

Gijs, This is correct.
That is strange it would not work as non-admin. After the password is checked and the button is still disabled, can you see if there are any messages in Tools->Error console?

Hey Aceman, Thanks for your quick response. I am not able to access the toolbar while having the window opened with the Done button. I did make a screenshot of the Error console, I will add it to the attachments. Kind regards, Lorenzo Braun

Ok, strange. I have also tried to reinstall the application but this also didn't help.

With reporter gone I don't think there is hope for tracking this down.
