Steps to reproduce:
Using IE 9 when creating a new ticket in our Bugzilla system all mandatory fields are not identified with a red " * ". Using Chrome and/or FF the mandatory fields are show by the red " * " .
Actual results:
mandatory fields are unknown in IE 9
Expected results:
IE 9 should be displaying with a red " * " what fields are mandatory.

IE 11 fixes this issue. Is there an update or fix to get IE 9 to work properly?

[Attaching screenshot images as image files (jpg, png) is welcome so I don't need to open a word processing application.]
Does this only refer to custom fields created by the administrators of your instance, or does that also happen with default fields?
Also wondering if bug 671241 is related. Probably not.

This happens on all mandatory fields not only the custom fields created by the admins.
