You can switch Amazon's Instant Video settings from Silverlight to Flash:

When I try to play an Amazon Instant Video I've purchased, the video fails to load because the Amazon video player uses Flex:

JR's bug has a full stack trace and doesn't require Amazon Instant Video purchases to repro.
