When typing in enough text on a line in a maximized Composer window, that it
would cause a horizontal scrollbar to form, it will not scroll as text is
higlighted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Type in enough text to cause a scrollbar to form, plus about 50 letters
3. Begin to highlight the text until you reach the end of the screen

Actual Results:  The window does not scroll over to the side.

Expected Results:  The window should scroll as text is highlighted.

This does not seem to happen on previous builds, it worked on 2001112603.

I am still seeing this problem on Win 2k using build 2001121003.  One thing to
note is that you have to be working in a maximized composer window.

So my Steps To Reproduce are:
1. Launch Composer
2. Maximize the window
3. Type enough characters without spaces to cause a horizontal scrollbar to appear
4. Click inside the text and drag towards where the text is off of the screen
5. Notice that the screen won't scroll


I am reopening this bug.

I am still seeing this problem on the 01-25 trunk build using Win 2k.  I am
confirming this bug and marking it NEW.

Is this a problem only in Composer or would the same html page have the same
problem in Navigator?  What about in a Mail Compose window?
Yes, the same page does not scroll in the browser or mail compose.

This was just tested on trunk build 02-04.

its kin's scrollin code. it just cant get far enough away from the border for 
the selection to want to scroll. this sounds like a special case.  I do believe 
that kin does the scrolled selection... boing
