Here's the recommendation on the URL for this family page:

This page should live at /firefox/products/ and /firefox/ should *not* be modified at launch. We need time to evaluate the SEO and performance of this new page.

No wireframes needed for the portal page. They strayed a bit from initial wires and it is pretty straight-forward when viewing visual design. 

The only conditional piece to take note of is a conditional download area/notification that displays at the top of the page. We can discuss this with the developer and provide appropriate styles and copy for this area.
