In case this bug makes it to nightly, here's the description:
STR:
after booting up the phone, scroll up and down
Actual:
the search field is not repainted properly
Expected:
Search field always shows up on top

Click search field, and type something
Actual:
the e.me icons are cropped
Expected:
the e.me icons that appear at the bottom should be completely visible

Go to google.com and search 
Actual:
The search result page does not draw the top 1cm, unless orientation change and scrolling are performed
Expected:
the page renders completely

turns out it was Core::DOM issue
