Details

1. Load http://howtallaremytoolbars.com/ 2. Hit F11 Result: after full-screening the window, Firefox shrinks the toolbars all the way to 0px, then adds a 1px bar. This makes any page appear to "bounce" back down, but is especially easy to notice on http://howtallaremytoolbars.com/. Expected: only shrink the toolbars to 1px (Assuming the 1px bar at the top is intentional; see bug 1126026)
