1133178 - Need 4 new VMs for the Bugzilla Project

Per the discussion in bug 1112437, to begin our reorganization project, we need the following VMs created, and placed in the community.scl3.mozilla.com vlan:

All machines need a vanilla CentOS 6(latest) load, with a minimal install and no puppet (just enough OS to get the machine onto the network with an ssh prompt available)

- infra.bugzilla.org
  - canonical hostname: bugzilla-infra.community.scl3.mozilla.com
  - CPU: 2 cores
  - RAM: 4 GB
  - Disk: 40 GB
  - CPU/RAM justification: machine will be running puppetmaster for the rest of
    the Bugzilla project machines, and puppetmaster is known to suck CPU and
    RAM.
  
- cps.bugzilla.org
  - canonical hostname: bugzilla-cps.community.scl3.mozilla.com
  - CPU: 2 cores
  - RAM: 4 GB
  - Disk: 40 GB
  - CPU/RAM justification: machine will be hosting the bzr repository migrating
    off of bzr.mozilla.com, and will also be running a mailing list server

- db1.bugzilla.org
  - canonical hostname: bugzilla-db1.community.scl3.mozilla.com
  - CPU: 2 cores
  - RAM: 8 GB
  - Disk:
    - /boot: (default)
    - /: 10 GB
    - /data: 100 GB
  - CPU/RAM/Disk justification: machine will be hosting both mysql and Pg
    servers, with a large number of small-to-medium size databases

- demo.bugzilla.org
  - canonical hostname: bugzilla-demo.community.scl3.mozilla.com
  - CPU: 2 cores
  - RAM: 4 GB
  - Disk: 60 GB
  - CPU/RAM justification: will be running multiple copies of Bugzilla, which
    is a typically RAM-heavy application.

Alright.  The following VMs exist, with notes:

bugzilla-infra1.community.scl3.mozilla.com - cname of infra.bugzilla.org applied
bugzilla-cps1.community.scl3.mozilla.com - cname of cps.bugzilla.org applied
bugzilla-db1.community.scl3.mozilla.com - cname of db1.bugzilla.org applied
bugzilla-demo1.community.scl3.mozilla.com - cname of demo.bugzilla.org already existed, did *not* apply here to prevent any breakage.  You should be able to resolve. If you need any help here, let me know.

all machines are centos6, and have disk and cpu/ram sizes set per your request.
