Steps to reproduce:

Create a new alarm in clock app


Actual results:

We can only chose an existing sound for the alarm


Expected results:

We could add custom sound like for the ringtone.
OS: All → Gonk (Firefox OS)
Hardware: All → ARM
v2.5 still doesn't have this functionality.
