After hitting ok in Cell properties and reopening it, any check boxes that had
been checked are unchecked. In addition, unchecking background color does not
seem to have an affect on whether or not the color is used.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Insert a table (default values are fine)
3. Double click on one of the cells in the table. Choose a background color and
hit ok.
4. Reopen properties
Actual Results: The background color is unchecked. This does not affect the
color in any way if you hit ok without checking it.
Expected Results: The checkbox should remain checked. If unchecked, the
background color selected should not be used.
If the test is run this way:
1. Launch Composer
2. Insert a table (default values are fine)
3. Double click on one of the cells in the table. Choose a background color.
4. Uncheck background color and hit ok
The color will still change.
This seems to be the same for all the other checkable options in the properties
(after you hit ok, and re-enter, they will be unchecked, and if you check them
or uncheck them again at that point, nothing will change).
This seems like basic behaviour that should work correctly. EDITORBASE.

It's not supposed to be checked. Checkboxes are only there to control what
attributes are copied when > 1 cell is selected situation, as explaine in text
near bottom of dialog
