1133531 - Installation confirmation message is not centered on devices

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open mp-stage app on your Flame device or load the mp-stage homepage (marketplace.allizom.org) on your android device.
2. Open detail page of any app.
3. Click the install button and confirm the install.

Expected results:
The app is installed, there no display or layout issues.

Actual results;
The app is installed, the installation confirmation message is not centered.(The message appears shifted to right)

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FFOS 2.1 and 2.0 (Flame) and on android 4.2.1 (Galaxy Nexus). Issue can be reproduced in mp-dev, mp-stage and mp-production

Verified as fixed in FFOS 2.1 and 2.0 (Flame) and on android 4.2.1 (Galaxy Nexus) using marketplace dev app.
