Details

The "Average rating of developer's add-ons" field on a developer's profile includes ratings that were removed, tested where the removal of a single review leaves the developer with no reviewed add-ons. The expected behavior is that the Developer page should indicate developer's average as not rated, when all that developer's add-ons are reported as "not yet rated."

Here's a reason why I stopped publishing Mozilla add-ons: when bugs are reported, the response is dismissive and they sit open for several years, then get closed apparently without anybody even considering that maybe it'd be worth trying to fix.
