STR: 1. Pin a tab. (Right-click tab, & select "pin tab") 2. Focus the URL bar, e.g. with Ctrl + L 3. Hold "Shift" and hit tab twice. (to focus the site identity area, and then the tab itself) EXPECTED RESULTS: Some meaningful focus ring, to indicate that the app tab is focused -- e.g. around app-tab favicon. ACTUAL RESULTS: The focus "ring" is around a 0-width box at the right edge of the app tab (the tab's textual label, I'm guessing? and the label is empty because it's an app tab). So the "ring" renders as a weird-looking 2px-wide dotted bar.
Summary: Pinned tab (app tab) focus-ring is just a vertical bar (0 width) → Pinned tab (app tab) "focus ring" is a 2px-wide dotted vertical bar (around a 0-width region)
