STR:
1. Open WebIDE
2. plug in your Flame
3. connect your Flame from WebIDE
4. Open an application from the top left menu
5. unplug the Flame

=> Notice the tools are still displayed

6. plug the Flame
7. select it again from the top right menu

=> the application is run automatically and a new tools panel is opened, but the previous one is still displayed, is inactive, and takes a huge part of the window.

Note that in earlier versions, a new tools windows was not opened and we ended up being stuck.
Happens to me too. Toolboxes stack up and are never destroyed.
Yep, sorry for this.

The root cause is the toolbox doesn't finish destroying, which I hope to fix in bug 1128027.

We could potentially make a more targeted fix here for WebIDE to remove the toolbox from view right away, instead of waiting for full toolbox destruction.
Depends on: 1128027
This was fixed by bug 1128027, which landed recently.
