Details
I am able to connect to the VPN server; I am not able to get an IP address from the VPN server.
In order to troubleshoot I disabled every firewall (local network and on the computer).

Can you open Viscosity's preferences and click "Edit" on the VPN profile you have and tell me what you have specified for Address?
