Details

I am able to connect to the VPN server; I am not able to get an IP address from the VPN server. In order to troubleshoot I disabled every firewall (local network and on the computer).
Which VPN client and OS are you using?
Assignee: vpn-support → dparsons
Viscosity 1.5.3 on Mac OS X 10.8.5; I imported the settings from the intranet.
Can you open Viscosity's preferences and click "Edit" on the VPN profile you have and tell me what you have specified for Address?
openvpn.scl3.mozilla.com, openvpn.scl3.mozilla.com:1194:tcp, openvpn.scl3.mozilla.com:443:tcp, openvpn.scl3.mozilla.com:80:tcp
Soap can you please follow up with this users and check Viscosity?
