Still some minor design inconsistencies (between text and email versions) I need to iron out, but wanted to get this routed and reviewed...

My hope is we can use the same drop-down interaction to reveal Language, Local, Text/HTML radio buttons etc,  like we do on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ at the bottom.

Hi all, I just posted final PSD file over at the creative assets bug:

Just a heads up that the color of the background has been updated to a more current blue background as you can see (attached)
