[UX] Fix about:home "mozilla" brandmark to have enough contrast (and potentially move it elsewhere on the page)

In bug 1134126 I realized the brandmark doesn't have enough contrast to be visible to users with non-100% vision. We should fix that (it's an accessibility issue) but I assume that the reason of the small amount of contrast is that it's "not important", ie it shouldn't visually have a lot of attention, so I'm assuming that "just" increasing the contrast of the foreground color here isn't a reasonable solution
I imagine we also don't display anything right now in high contrast mode, so maybe we can fix this by either use normal (small) text at the bottom, or we can switch to SVG, while we're at it?
