We need ebtables in shinano-common:extract-files.sh
We need to remove "[GF]" and "[LSIG-TXOP-PROT]" from "ht_capab=[SHORT-GI-20] [GF] [DSSS_CCK-40] [LSIG-TXOP-PROT]" in hostapd_default.conf.

If some people ever used Z3 or Z3 Compact before this landed, they may want to remove /data/misc/wifi/hostapd.conf since it will have been generated with the wrong content.
