Jobvite thinks I have firstname.lastname@example.org which is causing problems with SSO. Please change to email@example.com
Andrea - is this something you can fix in Jobvite? Eric's canonical LDAP username changed recently to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we'll need that to be his username in Jobvite, preferably preserving his history there. Thanks!
Thanks. It would probably not be a disaster if we lost the history, if that makes it easier.
Oooh yeah, that would make it really hard to log into Jobvite via SSO. :) I've just updated your email in Jobvite - give it a try and let me know if it doesn't work!
