In bug 1117714 and bug 1115358 we're enabling cy, dsb and hsb for Thunderbird. Hence we'd like to start kicking off nightly builds for them and add them to the beta list as well (not sure why its needed but just in case...).
Patch coming up.

I believe this should be enough (the locales aren't needed on central).

This got merged to production yesterday and hence is live. I've verified we've got builds for the newly added locales.
