Migrate homescreen to use new App.getIcon API instead of manually parsing "icons" manifest property.

See bug 1000305.
It appears that we already had a patch in bug 1042807 that might cover this. I haven't tried to see if it still workes/applies yet though. Marking the dependency for now.

Should be resolved/un-needed now with the new home screen.
