When changing the height of a horizontal line in Show All Tags view, there is a
minor display problem -- the line doesn't seem to change size all the way
through until the screen is refreshed.  This only happens in Show All Tags view,
until it happens once there.  After the first time, it will happen in Normal
mode as well.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Insert a horizontal line
3. Switch to Show All Tags view
4. Highlight the horizontal line and click on H. Line on the toolbar.
5. In the properties, change the height significantly (to 50, for instance), and
hit ok.
6. Switch to Normal view.
7. Repeat steps 2-5, skipping step 3.

Actual Results:  The height change did not display properly until the screen was
refreshed.

Expected Results:  The height change should display properly.

Found a similar display problem with horizontal lines in normal mode

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Insert a horizontal line
3. Highlight the horizontal line and click on H. Line on the toolbar.
4. In the properties, change the width to 75%
5. Hit the left arrow key on the key board so the cursor is directly to the left
of the horizontal line
6. Hit the enter key a few times

Actual Results:  Part of the bar moves to the next line and part does not.

Expected Results:  The whole bar should move to the next line.
