Details

From a new profile, if you switch to the classic theme, you cannot switch back
to the modern theme.

Steps to reproduce
1.  Start netscape with a new profile
2.  Change theme to classic
3.  Restart (theme is now classic)
4.  Change theme to modern
5.  Restart

Expected results:  The theme should now be modern

Actual results:  The theme is still classic

Found on this mornings trunk builds:
MacOS9 : 2001-12-04-04-trunk
Linux : 2001-12-04-08-trunk

Haven't checked windows yet.  Checking now.
Also fails on Windows build 2001-12-04-10-trunk.
Might be (probably is) the pref loss of bug 113482 - try with cvs build?

I don't have cvs access, so I'll check with tomorrow mornings build.
Yup, it works on this mornings build.  Marking as duplicate of 113482, since 
that seems to make sense.
