I've developed some test cases in HTML+js using regular Web Workers to test the futex functionality in the browser, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1074237#c53 for the original f+ on these from Luke. These need a little more work, see eg https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1074237#c64. They also need review from a DOM peer if I'm going to land them in dom/base/test and dom/workers/test, where they currently live.
