Steps to reproduce:

Phone: Flame, No SIM, Screen Lock, no Passcode

I entered a place with WiFi signal.

The phone connected to the wifi.
Notification appeared on the screen.

1) I tapped on the notification.
2) Tapped on the button below screen.


Actual results:

The phone was unlocked, ready to run any of the apps.



Expected results:

The phone should stay locked, as the two taps (notification, button) could easily happen by mistake in my pocket.
