After login to Skandiabanken.no, the horizontal menu bar isn't shown. This is pretty important because a lot of the online banking functionality is only available through this top-level menu.

Assigning to self for analysis
Seems this bug happened while they were transitioning to a new design. It was a hassle for a while, but now the redesign is mostly rolled out and the menus are accessible again.
