User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 SeaMonkey/2.32.1 Build ID: 20150204202218 Steps to reproduce: I built the latest Firefox from mozilla-central, enabled e10s, downloaded the DOM Inspector add-on from AMO, attempted to open the DOM Inspector. Actual results: The DOM Inspector window did not open. Expected results: The DOM Inspector should have opened.

work around: open a non-e10s window, and then open dom inspector from that window menu. Note though I seriously doubt dom inspector is e10s compat at this point.
