You can open the url like ( 
chrome://communicator/content/bookmarks/addBookmark.xul),
then the bookmark will show in the main content windows,this problem is happen 
in the all mozilla's branch.It maybe make the developer feel that was very 
cool,but i think that is a bug and dangerous.
Why is this a bug exactly?  There are good and valid reasons to load chrome://
urls in the content area (eg about).
