STR:
* Ctrl+shift+D should bookmark all open visible tabs. (Visible tabs = tabs in the current tab group.)
* Ctrl+shift+B should open the "All Bookmarks"-Library.

Actual: Nothing.

* Tested on 36 (Beta), 37 and 38.
* Tested with and without e10s on a fresh profile.
* No extensions are installed.
* All plugins, except for "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. 1.3", are disabled.

Is this still failing for you?
This works for me with e10s enabled nightly build on win7 - although ctrl+shift+d is quite slow

I can no longer reproduce this on Beta, Aurora or Nightly (tested with and without e10s).

Thanks for reminding me about this bug. :)
I don't actually remember filing this, and it sounds unlikely that a bug of this magnitude would've reached beta, so I have no idea what to make of this odd report. :/
