developer.palm.com is TLS version intolerant. HP needs to be contacted.
Actually what is happening is that developer.palm.com is returning SSL 3.0 ServerHello for TLS >1.0 ClientHello.

Server was taken down within a few days of posting the above comment with adam.kaplan@hp.com added to the CC list.
I will remove this site from the whitelist in the next update.
