When I do the test case B.3(open a local file) in smoketest.The
browser(mozilla0.9.6) can't display some page correctly.

1.click File->open file
2.choose the local page:Mozilla/res/samples/test0.html

In this page,all frist letters are green.
I check source of the page(test0.html) and didn't find any html tag about color.

I test it on Solaris 9 and Win2k and got the same result.

Build ID:2001112009 on Win2K
         2001112114 on Solaris
The style sheet for the page has the rule:

 :first-letter { color: green; }

We render this correctly.

But this rule only effort to mozilla?

I also test this case by Netscape 4.78 on solaris and IE 5 on win2k and the
first letter is black.

by the way,some test in this page,such as Pseudo-element tests also don't show
correctly(many letters overlap in the part of Pseudo-element test)
