We will probably move away from the UX here to make it in time for March 31st.
We shouldn't clear the question field until we get a positive answer from SUMO. And when we do, we should display a special bubble telling them to send again.

I've tested this by changing SumoDB.post_answer to post a comment with an empty text (that makes it fail).
