Beta submission rate decrease
It appears that the submission rate has gone back to the rate from before the "flash video" pings were added in bug 1119291. This theory is further supported by the fact that the submission *size* has not changed noticeably, pointing again to the very small video pings.
Is this expected? Has the flash video ping been turned off?
