To reproduce:

- launch apprunner
- make the sidebar visible

Result: Where there were (until recently) column headers in the Flashes and
other sections, there's nothing but blank space there now.

Expected result: For example, the Flashes section should have text such as
"Description" in its column headers.
Blocks: 10950
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 25 years ago
Resolution: --- → INVALID
I took out the headers.
Marketing and jevering wanted to remove them. Marking INVALID.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
