Webfighter was an awesome demo jlongster did for in-app payments a while ago. Let's update that to use fxpay and see if we can get in-app payments working across: firefox-os, android and desktop and use this as a nice reference. https://github.com/jlongster/webfighter

I was leaving it open to be able to clean-out the last bits of mozpay and then merge into jlongster's branch.
