We are planning to temporarily ignore errors while uploading to S3 since there are going to be fairly significant TC queue changes coming up. This bug will undo those, since once we actually use the files for testers we will want to properly report & turn builds red for failed S3 uploads.

Undo the temporary patch we had to ignore TC errors. Since we want to switch testers over soon, we'll want to actually fail if the uploads fail.
