Any changes to the the Copy & Folder setting is lost after the Mail & Newsgroups
Account Setting window is closed. When open again settings are set to default
values. As a result of this any attempt to sent a message ends up with an error
"Invalid mailbox folder" if the structure and location of folders doesn't match
the default setting in Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Newsgroups Account Setting window (Edit | Newsgroups Account Setting
window menu command)
2.switch to the Copy & Folder setting subitem of a mail account configuration.
3.Change some settings like location of the folder outging messages should be
copied to.
4.Press OK button to apply the change
5. Open the window again and cech whether the coonfiguration is preserved. 



Actual Results:  In my case any change to the default setting is lost.

Expected Results:  I think it's clear
