Sorry, this is my fault.

Open 'DirectX Control Panel' and disable the debug runtime options on the d3d9 and d3d11 panels.

Ideally ANGLE wouldn't be generating these d3d errors in the first place, but it probably doesn't matter much.
If you attach a debugger it should give some text as to what the error is. It would be good to know what it is so we can fix it.
