STR
1. Go to a WebRTC website (like appear.in) and share your Webcam and microphone
2. Tap the "webcam icon" at the left of the awesome bar
Expected results
Sometimes, I would like to stop sharing my webcam while I'm away and re-enable it after like with the same icon I used to stop the sharing
Actual results
After the sharing is stopped, the "webcam icon" disappears and it seems I have no way to re-enable it except by reloading the entire page.

It seems what you want is the ability to mute/unmute, which is bug 1065966.
