Details

When a thread in the mail and news tree is really deep, you can't see any of the
subject.  When I mouse over it, I don't get a tooltip at all.  If at least one
character of the subject is visible, I can get a tooltip.

If the subject is too far in, the tooltip should still come up.

Does this apply to all trees?.  I can't get tooltips to work with trees and
can't find any example for using them
