113617 - Can't click through the tooltip

In mail and news, I have the subject and then the read/unread diamond.  When the
tooltip comes up for the subject, it covers the diamond.  Clicking on it does
nothing.  I have to move the mouse off then move the mouse over and up making
sure not to move it over the subject of the message.

on linux today, if i wait long enough the tooltip over a long message goes away,
and i can select the message. When i then mouse over another long title and wait
for the tooltip to appear - and go away again, i can no longer select any
messages, folders or accounts in mailnews. The formerly selected msg remains
selected. I have to close and restart mailnews to select another message.
