Details

Scrolling in today's Nightly has become very jarring. Regardless of graphics settings, Scrolling moves one full screen length making it very hard to keep bearing on screen content.
Seems to scroll one screen per mouse wheel increment, regardless of the system's mouse wheel setting.
ps. I am on Windows 8.1 x64, with the current win32 nightly build. D2D etc is on.
Also happens in safe mode.
